Missions
As a church, we have determined that 10% of our income will be spent on mission support and mission related trips. Each member of the congregation will be taught and encouraged to give a generous contribution willingly towards our missions related activities.
Every member that supports missions is making a commitment towards reaching people with the gospel of Jesus Christ and helping in making disciples of all nations – Matt. 28:19-20.
Here are they missions’ trips we are considering in 2012:
a. Rwanda-Leadership Training and Youth Summit
b. Ethiopia: Youth Summit targeting University Students and new graduates
c. Kenya: National Youth Summit and exploratory trip for the possibility of starting Agape Bible College in Nairobi.
d. Jakarta, Indonesia: World Prayer Assembly- (www.worldprayerassembly.com)
e. Local Missions within Nigeria.
